Frank is a Principal at Topspin Partners, a $200+ million venture capital fund affiliated with Renaissance Technologies. He currently sits on the boards of Game Trust, Neopolitan Networks and RockSolid Systems and is actively involved in managing the fund’s investments in Security First, WhiteNoise Systems and Open Access. Prior to Topspin, Frank was a technology investment banker at UBS and PaineWebber.

Steve Casselman, CTO and Founder
Steve is co-founder of DRC and has been instrumental in shaping the reconfigurable computing industry. He holds 5 issued patents and received the first SBIR Technology of the Year Award for his work with the Naval Surface Warfare Center.
